This is a plain-language summary of how we rent our cars. The signed rental agreement you receive at pick-up is the binding contract and prevails over this page if they ever differ.
1. Bookings and quotes
A booking made on this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. We confirm availability and the final quote with you on WhatsApp before pick-up. No payment is taken on the website. Prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to availability.
2. Rates, fees and deposit
The minimum rental is 3 days, and 5 over Eid al-Fitr, Easter and Eid al-Adha. The rate is the price shown for your dates when you book: it follows the season of each day and the length of the rental, with a weekly rate from 7 days, a 2-week rate from 15 and a monthly rate from 25. Some cars have no online price in high season: ask us on WhatsApp. The final quote is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before pick-up. An airport pick-up adds $20 and an airport drop-off $20. Delivery to your own address is priced on WhatsApp. A refundable security deposit is held at pick-up, set by car category ($300 economy, $400 sedan, $600 SUV, and on request for luxury and vans), and returned in full at drop-off after the car is checked.
3. Pick-up, delivery and Sundays
Collect from our Zalka office or Beirut Airport, or ask for delivery to your address. Our office is closed on Sundays, so Sunday pick-ups and returns are handled at Beirut Airport only.
4. Late returns and extensions
Rental days are counted from your pick-up date to your return date. A car returned more than 2 hours after its pick-up time counts one more day; up to 2 hours later costs nothing extra. That day counts toward your rate and the minimum rental like any other: picked up on 11 November at 10:00 and returned on 18 November at 12:00 is 7 days, and returned at 12:01 it is 8. To extend your rental, contact us in advance so we can confirm availability.
5. Changes and cancellations
As nothing is charged online, you can change or cancel your request by messaging us on WhatsApp.
6. Full rental terms
Full rental terms are set by the signed rental agreement at pick-up. It covers driver requirements, cover and excess, fuel, mileage, how the car may be used, fines, accidents, and changes to a confirmed rental. Ask us on WhatsApp for any of them before you book.
